  • Survey / Site Assessment

With rules in place like the 60/40 rule we need to receive and confirm your available space for accessory structures before we do anything. From there we meet you on site to look at the access for equipment, pool location, the grade of your lot, and you a future pool owner. This is also the time to mention any HOA forms that will need to be completed and your local building department so we can prepare the right materials for permitting and HOA approval.

  • Construction

All the hard work is out of the way and now it’s time for the fun stuff. Let’s break ground on this project. It starts with delivering materials and locating any underground utilities. Once complete we dig your swimming pool, form it up with wood and then lay the rebar and run the plumbing. That will lead us to our first 2 inspections of 4. From there the selected electrician will come out and ground the pool and our 3rd inspection will be completed. From there we complete our shell and any dirt work necessary to build a proper deck per our design. Followed by the finishing touches on your backyard oasis and finally your final inspection on the project.

Steel & Gunite Step 4
  • Pool School

Our technician will teach you all things pool for your new backyard oasis. This will give the understanding of your equipment, swimming pool chemicals and chemistry, lights, water features and so much more.

  • Drain / Demo

Our team will start most remodel projects by draining your pool before we demo. You can expect to have the entire pool drained in 1-3 hours and a large amount of water. Once drained our team will begin to demo the pool for a fresh remodel. Note we take extra precaution when draining any pool and will address this on site.
